Terms & Conditions in short

  • By renting our items, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order at Martha My Dear Rentals, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Martha My Dear Rentals as responsible for the personal information.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Martha My Dear Rentals reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.


Terms & Conditions

  1. All rental reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book the items and date.

  2. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to event date.

  3. All reservations scheduled for customer pickup require a signature, driver’s license and credit card authorization form on file.

  4. The customer is responsible for ensuring an authorized contact is available to accept delivery and coordinate pickup. If contact is not available for verification, the customer accepts Martha My Dear’s quantities of rental items delivered or picked up.

  5. The cost of delivery is based on location, labor date and mileage. As each delivery is unique in nature, so are the charges associated with delivery, please consult Martha My Dear with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

  6. All reservations scheduled to be picked up at Martha My Dear by the customer must be done by the person responsible for payment.

  7. All reservations scheduled for customer pickup must be signed and credit card on file in order to secure said reservation.

  8.  Any loss or damage of any rental equipment is the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the credit card on file accordingly for the replacement or repair. Clients are fully responsible for equipment from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. Clients are also responsible for verifying equipment counts on delivery and pickup. Equipment must be secure from theft and protected from weather. Charges will be assessed for all missing, lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. A shortage/damage will be mailed or emailed to the address listed on the original contract within 24-48 hrs. Credit cards on file will be charged for lost or damaged equipment if client does not make other payment arrangements.

  9. Martha My Dear is not responsible to clients or any third party for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from, or in any way attributable to the operation of, use of, or any failure of the retail items.

 

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax) may occur. These charges are at the customers own expense.

 

Payment

We prefer check but Cash, PayPal and major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.

Credit Card payments must have a signed Credit Card Authorization form signed.

 

Additional Information

Martha My Dear reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, specifications, terms of rental and product offerings without prior notice.
