Our Walnut Collection Makes Its Debut at Brooklyn Arts Center

There’s something especially exciting about seeing a new piece leave the warehouse for the very first time and become part of a real wedding day.

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of debuting three brand-new pieces from Martha My Dear Rentals at a stunning wedding at Brooklyn Arts Center in Wilmington, North Carolina: our Walnut Cross, Walnut Willow Chairs, and Tobias Tables.

And seeing them all together? We couldn’t have imagined a better first debut.

Introducing Our Walnut Cross

Our Walnut Cross made its wedding-day debut as part of this beautiful celebration, bringing a warm, natural element to the ceremony design.

The rich walnut finish gives the cross a timeless feel while adding a little more depth and character than a traditional white ceremony cross. It’s a beautiful option for couples looking for something classic with an organic, elevated feel.

Set against the historic character of Brooklyn Arts Center, the walnut finish felt right at home.

Meet the Walnut Willow Chairs

These chairs were made for couples who love natural textures and warm, thoughtfully designed spaces. The walnut finish adds richness to a tablescape, while the beautiful silhouette brings a relaxed yet refined feel to the overall design.

For this wedding, the Walnut Willow Chairs paired beautifully with our new Tobias Tables, creating a tablescape that felt warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant.

We love pieces that can make a statement without overwhelming the rest of the design and these chairs do exactly that.

The Tobias Tables

A beautiful table can completely change the feeling of a reception, and we designed the Tobias Tables with that in mind. Their warm wood finish and timeless design make them incredibly versatile for everything from intimate celebrations to larger wedding receptions.

For their first event, they were paired with our Walnut Willow Chairs for a cohesive, layered look that complemented the natural beauty and historic architecture of Brooklyn Arts Center.

We spend so much time behind the scenes dreaming up new pieces, selecting finishes, and imagining the weddings they'll eventually be a part of. Then suddenly, they're loaded onto a truck and headed to their very first event.

Seeing the Walnut Cross, Walnut Willow Chairs, and Tobias Tables come together at Brooklyn Arts Center was one of those moments that reminds us why we love what we do.

Each piece was designed to bring something a little different to a wedding but together, they created a cohesive, warm, and timeless look that felt right at home in the space.
