A Martha My Dear Thanksgiving: Celebrating Gratitude, Good Food, and Team Fun

This year, we celebrated Thanksgiving the Martha My Dear way, gathered together in the warehouse, sharing a homemade meal, laughing nonstop, and creating memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. It was the perfect reminder of how grateful we are for the incredible team behind this company.

Coming Together Like Family

Our team works hard year-round, so taking a moment to slow down and enjoy a meal together felt extra special. We transformed a section of the warehouse into a warm, cozy dining space and filled it with good food, relaxed conversations, and plenty of joking around.

One of the biggest highlights?
Brian fried a turkey for everyone and it was absolutely delicious. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it quickly became the star of the meal.

A Day of Fun (and Friendly Competition)

Of course, no Martha My Dear gathering is complete without a little fun and the guys stepped up with their unofficial Thanksgiving challenge: breaking the record for how many chairs they could carry at once.

And they did it.
The new record? 15 chairs.
We’re still not sure if we should be impressed, scared, or both but we definitely cheered them on.

Moments like these are what make this team so special. We work hard, we laugh hard, and we support each other every step of the way.

Reflecting on What We’re Thankful For

As we sat around the table, it was easy to feel the gratitude in the room. We’re thankful for:

  • A team that gives their all, every single day

  • Laughter and memories that make the long days worth it

  • A workplace that truly feels like family

  • Clients and community who support us year after year

Looking Ahead With Full Hearts

Our warehouse Thanksgiving wasn’t fancy, but it was real, heartfelt, and full of joy. It reminded us how lucky we are to have a team that shows up, works hard, and has fun together along the way.

As we head into another busy season, we’re carrying this gratitude with us. We’re thankful for our people. We’re thankful for our community. And yes… we’re thankful for Brian’s fried turkey and the new 15-chair record.
