First off, we're so glad you're here! Check out our website to get a feel for our rentals. We've added some inspiration for you in our Venue and Rental Packages pages. Our Rentals page includes our current inventory and is always being updated as we add more to the collection.

Send us an email! Have an idea of which items you'd like to use for your event? Just let us know along with your event date/location and we'll look into the availability for you. If you haven't quite made up your mind on which rentals you'd like that's ok too! Send us your mood boards, color palette, etc and we'll be happy to make some recommendations and answer questions for you.

Be our guest! Would you like to see our items in person? We'd love to have you visit our warehouse to see the real thing in person. Please note that our showroom is available by appointment only. You can of course book our rentals without seeing them in person as we can provide much information through detailed photos, item dimensions and more!

Save The Date! We just ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract to save the date with us. This retainer claims the items you have chosen from our available inventory but it doesn't necessarily lock you in to using them. We are more than happy to make changes as your event gets closer in date.

Just keep in Mind: We do ask for a minimum rental order (before taxes and fees) for all events within and outside of Wilmington. This rate is considered on a case by case basis and is dependent on order size, location and date of the event.

Finalize your List! You may have made some changes to your rentals along the way and about 2 weeks before your event is the to deadline to let us know! At this time we'll calculate the final balance for you and check in with your planning team to coordinate rental delivery + pickup times, styling preferences, etc.

Enjoy Your Day! You probably have other things to worry about on your event day and we'll make sure that we aren't one of them. Our team will do our best to deliver and style all items to your expectation. Pickups from our warehouse are also available on an as-need basis and only allowed for smaller rental items.

Keep in Touch! After you've had a chance to enjoy that newly married feeling we'd love to hear back from you about your experience with us. If you were thrilled and want to share your experience with others feel free to let us know via a review on our google page! If there was something that we could have done to make your experience even better please email us to let us know as we think it's important to continuously improve our business. Lastly, don't forget to send/tag us in your pics because we want to show the world how beautiful your event was!
